My Role: Writer, Reference Diagram Illustrator, Content Developer
Description: Visitors approach a display with an enlarged replica of a Venus Fly Trap*. Amy researched the science, developed the story, wrote the text, and created a draft diagram for the illustrator. Additionally she visitor-tested diagram steps and visuals until visitors successfully understood the biomechanical principles. Text is in both English and Spanish. (*Note: curators later switched the spelling to Venus Flytrap. They originally wanted Venus Fly Trap.)
